In my previous article, the five most important things you can do to stay healthy, I focused primarily on the preventive aspect of health, eat to stay healthy. At this time, I will focus on the behavioral component to the healthy way of life. That is to say a healthy lifestyle has a strong component behavioural and relationship you have to take control of.

Health is often caused by unhealthy eating, smoking and our level of activity and physical behavior. The common denominator here is human behaviour which, to a large extent, is a causal link involved in organic disorders. In fact, studies have shown that half of all organic diseases who complain of patients have psychological factors among the fundamental causes.

In this context, consider five most important things that you can do to stay healthy:

1 Know that health is physical and mental.
To get the maximum enjoyment of life, you need to continue the care and feeding of your body and your mind. The symptoms of distress in your life must be understood in the context of your whole body, not only the affected immediate area. Think of your health as a general objective of your body and your mind. Doctors concluded with physical ailments of patients who have received a combination of physical therapy and mental health were two and a half times more likely to be a recovery successful long-term patients who receive treatment only for physical fitness.

2 Stop worrying. You can not worry your health Away.
Feeling out of control, feeling a sense of fear and feeling a sense of insufficiency are at your disposal threats and threats to your health habits. When we feel vulnerable, we are less likely to maintain the lifestyle healthy and more likely to turn to unhealthy and excessive behaviour such as comfort to our feelings. However, the terrain is very temporary, whereas the effects on health are sustainable. Doctors concluded that people who undergo high levels of anxiety were up to seven times more likely to practice bad health habits.

3. Do not forget that the road to a healthy way of life is found in you and in your life.
The road to a healthy life is not in the offices of physicians or hospitals. It is found in our homes and our lives. Taking advantage of your life and the people around you will contribute to your health and the reduction of the effects of aging. People who described their family life as satisfactory were more likely to live beyond the 24 per cent normal life expectancy.

4 Look at the life of your home.
The wisdom is that stress at work can be the main obstacle to a healthy life. For most people, however, family life is a much more important factor in the General State of health of professional life. The positive effect of a good life is much more powerful than the negative effect of a lifetime's work bad home. Researchers who studied the effect of the work and marriage on health found that the strain of work of a person was not related to long term arterial. Those with strong marriages, however, showed an improvement of 8% over time. Those with difficulty marriages, in contrast, has deteriorated by 6 percent

5 Maintain healthy relationships with those who are important in your life.
Our health is not only a reflection of our habits, it is also a reflection of our way of life and people around us. People who like solid relations are in better health because they feel less stress generally and tend to cope with stressful situations better. Cherish your relationships with family and friends is also important for your health that eat right and exercise.

Then, it is important to take control of your health. More your sense of control over what you do and what will happen to you, less wear and tear will put you on your body. Focusing on remedies and solutions to the problems that arise, you can keep your attention on what you can do in any situation instead of which we can't do.
