Exercise of arms for women - Triceps

For those of us who have inherited or soft arms, or just cannot say no to another piece of cake... There are some great exercises turns to the back of (known as the triceps) if carried out regularly and weapons in combination with good eating habits.

The triceps muscle has three heads or parts of it - very back, on the external side and face internal. And believe the or not those parts of the muscle are actually somewhere. The triceps can be a funny muscle to connect to, but if you try this contract without acquiring other muscles you will be on your way to work correctly.

Lying dumbbell press is an exercise in large arms for women. Not only that you get to fix, but this exercise will really make you feel the triceps muscle if you haven't considered it for a while!

First of all take two lights dumbells and lay on a bench of good gym with you feet. Then take dumbells and part of your ears and position your elbows pointing towards the ceiling. The position of elbows is a critical factor to do this exercise properly. They must be pointing towards the ceiling and kept in alignment with your shoulders, as well as very still. Once you have this position, keep it. Don't let not the elbows fall outward and down to your feet. The position of elbows (straight up to the limits) will act as the anchor point or a hinge so the dumbells held next to your ears can be lifted to the top and towards the ceiling.

Lift the dumbells next to your ears to top and extend to the straighten the arm and the contract of the triceps. Make sure that you get the triceps muscles when you extend the arm and repeats approximately 8, you should start to feel the triceps muscles.
