The elusive nature of happiness! What a rat race to find it and then if you had the chance to get it how to keep. HuffPost from Marcus Buckingham research and conclusions based on his book "the paradox of declining female happiness" I was inspired to think about my own progress in the life of happiness and the happiness of hundreds of women, I have worked with for 10 years as coach of intimacy and relationship.
