For women - Triceps arm exercise

For those of us who have inherited or stout weapons or just can not say no to another piece of cake... There are some great exercises turns to the back of (known as the triceps) weapons if carried out regularly and in combination with good eating habits.

The triceps muscle has three heads or parts of it - back, the outer face and the face internal. And believe the or not those parts of the muscle are actually there somewhere. The triceps can be a funny muscle to connect to, but if you try to contract without acquiring other muscles you will be on your way to work correctly.

Dumbbell lying press is an exercise of great arm for women. Not only you to fix, but this exercise will really make you feel the triceps muscle if you haven't considered it for a while!

First of all take two lights dumbells and lay on a bench of good gym with you feet. Then take the dumbells on part and of your ears and positioning your elbows pointing towards the ceiling.
