I had to get up and write about some of the many fabulous tips and ideas that are going through my head after reading the book by Gary Vaynerchuks "Crush It". Pretty clean and oh so different kind of book! It was impressive and fun to read. Basically tells you to take something that you absolutely, totally and completely passionate and make your career.

Who says someone out there is interested in what you like doing?

Can make it authentic, informative, entertaining and still true?

You have enough experience in it to help others understand and learn from your interactions and dealings with those who are passionate about? Are true to yourself in this passion and know that you can help others out there like you?

Go ahead, then find your way and just do it already! Many of you already know that my passions are many, but what is most dear to my heart, is helping (men and women who want to help too) that are 30 + years old, overweight, but not clinically obese, forgiveness and keep them out. To this end, I'm constantly searching this topic for my Ladies out there, so they do not have to Try some products that appear to be "Magic" to get the fat off the flanks or belly or wherever your is (mine is on the back and belly)!

If you've read some of my previous articles, you'll know that I recently tried a product of HCG that stimulated the hypothalamus and caused only "melt" fat out where ever is on your body. If you want more information about what happened when I tried this product, go ahead and watch as some of my previous articles.

So, there is what about maple syrup? Well, it turns out that is actually good for you. Now the news is not that wonderful? Here in Eastern Ontario and QC (United States and parts of IT) we card smack in the middle of the season's Maple Syrup producers are having a banner year with ideal conditions. They are always out there as quickly as possible for you!

Here are some really neat stats on Maple Syrup:

-1/4 cup (60 ml) pure maple syrup has approximately the same value as antioxidants, such as an orange honey and less calories.

-Contains zinc, calcium and is high in manganese, which studies have shown that can help form the connective tissue (help my wrinkles decrease I wonder?) strengthen bones and help calcium absorption.

-It is good in many ways-no one knows how to keep it bottled. Go out and grab some real maple syrup 100%.

The following is a great recipe for a vinaigrette with maple syrup to your Favorites more mild Greens:

I personally love with spinach, goat cheese, olives and grape tomatoes:

-Maple Vinaigrette: In a bowl, whisk together 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) 100% pure maple syrup, 1.5 TSP (7 ml) Apple Cider vinegar, 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard, 1/8 tsp (0.5 ml) pepper. Slowly whisk in 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil, until it is smooth and almost creamy.

Mix with green. Do not suggest using olive oil in this recipe, overpowers the taste of how maple syrup ... Certainly it makes my conscience in matters of eating this wonderful treat by mother nature, have your say? So go ahead, find a local producer, make your day and ENJOY!
